MAIN COURSES

FILET OF SALMON MEUNIERE
Filet of salmon seared and baked with a butter, white
wine, lemon, capers and fresh dill sauce. Wild rice
mixed and seasonal vegetables.


POULET DIJONNAIS
Baked free-range chicken breast with slice mushrooms and
chives in a white wine and dijon mustard cream sauce.
Potatoes and seasonal vegetables.


ROASTED CORNISH GAME HEN
One half roasted cornish game hen with rosemary and bacon
in a honey-orange muscat wine sauce. Served with grilled
polenta and seasonal vegetables.


BEEF STROGANOFF
Slices of beef simmered in a creamy brandy, sour cream
and demi-glace sauce with sliced mushrooms. Served over
a bed of fettuccine.


PLAT VEGETARIEN
Lentil & mixed bean cake, grilled polenta & eggplant,
sauteed green beans and shiitake mushrooms w/garlic,
caramelized carrots and tomato-onion relish.
